How important is regular school attendance?
It is extremely important that your student attends school each and every day so that he/she does not miss any instruction time, homework, or class assignments.  Students who miss school fall behind their peers and run the risk of losing credit and not graduating on time.
Did you know that missing one day of school a week from kindergarten to the eleventh grade is the same as missing five semesters (2 and ½ years) of instruction?  School attendance is the strongest indicator, stronger even than standardized test scores, of whether or not your child will graduate.

Attendance matters every day!
