David W. White Outstanding Service Awards
Fulton Public Schools is now accepting nominations for the David W. White Outstanding Service in Education Award. The nomination form is due to Central Office by April 3, 2015. The form is attached below.
The David W. White Outstanding Service in Education Award is to recognize an individual in the district who demonstrates excellence of character, performance, leadership and service.
Any employee or resident of the Fulton School District is eligible to nominate or be nominated for this award. When nominating someone, consideration should be given to accomplishments, service to youth, community involvement and contributions to the Fulton School District. The completed nomination should profile persons who have demonstrated outstanding performance. Award recipients contribute more than is expected and stand out among peers.
The award is named in honor and memory of David W. White, who was a recipient in 1995 and 2002. Mr. White exemplified all of the attributes of the Outstanding Service in Education Award.
