
2-Way Chats Desktop Version
Fulton Public Schools is transitioning to Finalsite's 2 Way Communication Platform for the 2025-26 school year, replacing Remind. "2 Way Chats" is contained within the Fulton58 App and will consolidate communications between families and teachers, coaches, and sponsors in one place. No need for multiple apps, text threads, or email chains. This will allow families to quickly locate updates and messages, streamlining the experience.
Parent/Guardian Login Instructions
Step 1: Chat via Mobile App or Web Browser
iOS/Apple Instructions
Download the Fulton 58 App for Apple Devices
- Download your app by tapping the Get button next to your app and clicking Install if needed. You may need to enter your Apple ID password to authorize the download.
- Open up the app on your device.
Android/Google Play Instructions
Download the Fulton 58 App for Android Devices
- Click Install to start the download and install process.
- Review the Permissions and click Accept to proceed.
- Once the app is installed on your Android device, open it directly from the Play Store by tapping the Open button or find the app icon on your home screen.

Step 2: Getting Logged In For The First Time

Enter your Username. (Your username is the email you have listed as your parent contact email in Infinite Campus.)

Select Forgot password to have a reset password link sent to the email address associated with your account. You'll be directed to a Login page where you can Create a new Password.




- You will then be prompted to Select your language to the preferred language you'd like the app to display.
- Decide the level of Notifications you'd like to receive on your mobile app. Select Allow notifications to opt in to notifications, another window will pop up where you can give permission to allow notifications.
- You also have the ability to specify when you'd like to receive chat notifications.



Step 3: (App Only) Navigate to the Chats Icon in the Bottom Toolbar
Once you are logged in to your mobile app, find the Chats icon in the bottom toolbar. Click to open and start chatting!
*Using the desktop version? You will begin directly on the Chat dashboard upon login.

Step 4: Tour the Chat Home Screen
Chat Rooms you have been assigned to are in the top half of the screen.

Direct Messages are in the bottom half of the screen.

To Direct Message a staff member, select the + sign and then search for that staff member's name.

Chat Rooms or Direct Messages with a notification bubble next to them indicate that you have Unread Message(s).


Step 5: Explore the Event Icon
Select the building/activity calendars you'd like to view by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines in the top right corner.
We recommend you view both the District Calendar & Holidays/Breaks to ensure you see no school days and important events.
