Fulton Public Schools serves approximately 2,300 students from Pre-K through grade 12, supported by nearly 450 dedicated staff members. Fulton Education Scholarship Program
The Fulton Education Scholarship Program was founded in 2022 to support Grow Your Own recruitment efforts in Fulton Public Schools. This scholarship program will award undergraduate students a $6,000 scholarship and a guaranteed job with Fulton Public Schools following graduation. Students are provided access to attend district professional development activities and have early access to teach summer school before the start of their teaching career. Scholarship recipients commit to teaching within Fulton Public Schools for four years. Priority for this scholarship will go to students who attended local K-12 schools or are residents of Callaway County.

Title IX
Title IX Prohibits Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence in Public Schools
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 ("Title IX"), 20 U.S.C. §1681 et seq., is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities. All public and private elementary and secondary schools, school districts, colleges, and universities (hereinafter "schools") receiving any Federal funds must comply with Title IX. Under Title IX, discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment or sexual violence, such as rape, sexual assault, sexual battery, and sexual coercion.
Federal law requires that schools have and distribute a policy that prohibits discrimination and harassment based on sex and acts of sexual violence. In compliance with Title IX, it is the policy of the Fulton 58 School District to maintain a learning and work environment free from discrimination and harassment based on sex. (For complaints related to race, color, national origin, sex (that does not fall under Title IX), and disability, please see Board of Education Policy AC.
The Fulton 58 School Board of Education adopted Policy ACA that defines sexual harassment under Title IX, and outlines the policies and procedures that the District follows in identifying, investigating, and responding to allegations of sexual harassment under Title IX.
